What Inland Signal does

Inland Signal is an independent research service. It collects selected public permit and federal contract records, groups them by likely trade, puts relevant records first, and lets you save records to an account. It is not a government agency and is not affiliated with or endorsed by one.

Our summaries, trade labels, dates, and ordering can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. They are not official notices, legal advice, or decisions about eligibility. Before you act, check the linked government source for current status, changes, requirements, and deadlines.

Your account

Give us accurate business information, protect your password, and use the service only for lawful business purposes. Do not let someone else use your account. Do not probe the site, bypass security or usage limits, copy or republish records in bulk, or use permit records to cold-contact homeowners or other individuals.

What we do not do

We do not submit bids or applications, acknowledge addenda, sign documents, certify facts, register your business, decide whether you qualify, or make engineering, building-code, zoning, title, or legal decisions for you.

Free trial and billing

The free trial lasts 14 days and does not require a card. It does not renew automatically and cannot charge you. Paid checkout is not available today. The planned launch price is $99 per month, but we will show the final price, taxes, renewal terms, and cancellation instructions before anyone can subscribe. No fee depends on winning a contract or award.

Sources and corrections

Government data, source access, and reuse rules can change. We may remove a record or turn off a source to respect the law, privacy, safety, or a source's rules. To report a problem, email the record link and a short explanation to corrections@spokanetocda.com.

No promises about results

The service is provided as available. We do not guarantee that it is complete, accurate, timely, or error-free, or that a record will lead to available work, a bid, an award, or any business result.

Limits on liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service during the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
