WHERE THE RECORDS COME FROM
Every record inside an active account names the government source. This page explains what each source provides, where it applies, and what Inland Signal does not cover.
46 already-issued commercial or multifamily permits are currently tracked. Coverage applies to Spokane County, not the City of Spokane. Active accounts can open the matching County permit page when the County provides a stable link; otherwise they receive the official dataset. Personal names, parcel numbers, and residential addresses are not shown on Inland Signal.
48 existing federal awards performed in Spokane or Kootenai County are currently tracked. Each award is scheduled to end within 12 months. The end date is a reason to research, not proof that a new contract will be offered. Active accounts can open each federal award record directly.
0 locally validated funding notices are currently tracked. We include a notice only when its full official detail clearly names Spokane or North Idaho. Active accounts can open Grants.gov from the record to confirm current status, eligibility, changes, and deadlines.
City of Spokane, Coeur d’Alene, and Kootenai County permit systems are not included. Spokane permit coverage is therefore much broader than North Idaho permit coverage. These sources will stay out unless commercial use is authorized.

Choose the trades and locations you serve. Inland Signal compares those choices with each record and puts related records first. That order is not an eligibility decision, an official ranking, or a prediction that you will win work.
