Information we collect
When you subscribe, we collect your email address, interests, consent timestamp and source. When you submit an event, correction, partner request or privacy request, we collect the details you provide, including name, contact information and request text. Security logs may contain IP address, device and request metadata for up to 90 days.
How we use it
We use information to deliver requested email, operate and secure the service, respond to requests, verify submissions, measure aggregate service performance and comply with law. We do not use contact or request text in public analytics.
Sharing
Service providers may process data on our behalf for hosting, database, email and security functions. We require them to use it only to provide those services. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Retention
Newsletter data remains until unsubscribe. Unconverted inquiries are targeted for deletion after 30 days unless needed to complete the request. Minimal suppression records may remain to honor opt-outs. Security logs are targeted for deletion within 90 days.
Cookies and signals
At launch the site uses no advertising or behavior-tracking cookies. Essential application and infrastructure controls may use short-lived storage. We honor Global Privacy Control as an opt-out signal. See Cookies.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or a portable copy, or object to sale, sharing or targeted advertising. Because those latter practices are disabled, an opt-out request confirms that status. We may verify identity before fulfilling a request.
Children and sensitive information
The service is not directed to children under 13. Do not submit health information, precise location, financial account data, government identifiers or other sensitive information.

We use encryption in transit, restricted service access and data minimization. No system is perfectly secure. Report a suspected issue to security@spokanetocda.com.
