Privacy policy.
We collect the information needed to run your account. We do not sell it or use it for cross-site advertising.
What we collect
When you create an account, we collect your work email, company name, password hash, selected trades and locations, and the records you save. We also keep support messages, paid-plan requests, session information, and basic request and security logs.
Government permit and contract records
Inland Signal shows a limited public preview and makes individual records available inside active accounts. We do not show names, street addresses, parcel IDs, phone numbers, or email addresses from the County file. We do not sell homeowner contact lists.
How we use account information
We use it to run the site, put relevant records first, save records to your account, answer support requests, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-site behavioral advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep an active account while it remains open. Login sessions expire after 30 days. We keep support, security, and plan-request records as long as reasonably needed for operations, disputes, or the law. Earlier submissions to SpokaneToCDA.com are not used as Inland Signal sales leads.
Service providers and security
Our hosting and database providers process data needed to run the service. The public site uses HTTPS, passwords are hashed, and login sessions use an HttpOnly cookie. No online service is risk-free.
Your choices
Email privacy@spokanetocda.com to ask for access, correction, export, or deletion of your account information. We may keep records when the law requires it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights.
Children and policy changes
Inland Signal is for business users who are at least 18 years old. If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we will update the date above and notify account holders through the site or by email when appropriate.
