Notice requirements
Email copyright@spokanetocda.com with your signature, identification of the copyrighted work, the exact URL of the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act.
Counter-notice
A person whose material was removed may submit identification, the removed URL, consent to the applicable federal court jurisdiction, contact information, signature and a statement under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification.
Repeat infringement
Accounts or submitters that repeatedly provide infringing material may be blocked. We may preserve notices as needed to administer the process and comply with law.
